He and his wife MaryJo moved to the area in 2004 and fell in love with the friendly neighborhoods and small town atmosphere. They are active in the community as well as being members of Sun N Lake Golf Club for over 15 years. Jo Ann Sutton
Jo Ann Sutton moved to Sun N lake with her husband Dick in 1999. She came to Sun N Lake from Illinois where she had a successful career in sales. She has been listing and selling homes in Sebring, and in particular Sun N Lake, since 2004. Her husband, Dick, joined her in 2008 to further assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. He has now retired. She has been in the top 5 to 7% in sales in Highlands County since she started in 2004 She and Dick play golf and have been members of Sun N Lake Golf course since 1999. Because she lives in Sun N Lake, Jo Ann is very knowledgeable about the Sun N Lake community. She is available 7 days a week, working weekends and evenings to accommodate her clients.
Jim Serwas
My wife Donna and I have been visiting the Sun N Lake area from Wisconsin since 1979 and moved here in 2006. In 2005 I received my Real Estate Sales Associate license, and in 2013 my Broker license. I have enjoyed showing customers how nice Sun N Lake is with its small town feeling, yet have many large city conveniences, great golf, tennis and fishing.
